Day 2:  Kochi To Thekaddy

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you'll be whisked away to Thekkady in a private cab. The distance from Cochi to Thekaddy is about 160 kilometers and it takes around 4 hours and 30 minutes to reach there by car. Upon arrival at Thekaddy, check in at the hotel and take a little rest before getting ready to see the remarkable variety of flora and fauna at the Periyar wildlife sanctuary. You can choose to go on a jeep safari or enjoy a boat ride

Day 3:  Thekaddy To Kumarakon

After a delicious breakfast, it's time to start your trip to Kumarakom according to your Kumarakom tour package. The distance from Thekaddy to Kumarakom is about 130 km, and it should take you around 3 and a half hours to get there. Enjoy the scenery and the journey! 

Upon arrival at Kumarakom, check into the houseboat. Welcome to our houseboat! Sit back and enjoy the amazing views as you cruise through the backwaters, taking in all the sights and sounds of this unique place. It's an experience you won't forget in a hurry! All meals will be served on board. Overnight Stay in the houseboat.

Day 4: Relax in Kumarakom

After a delicious breakfast, you check out of your hotel and make your way to a resort still in Kumarakom. With its beautiful location along Lake Vembanad and lush greenery surrounding it, the resort is a perfect place to unwind and relax. You spend the day exploring the resort and its surroundings, before making your way back to your hotel for a good night's sleep.

Day 5: Kumarakon To Alleppey 

Experience the magic of the backwaters by going on a Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise across the backwaters. For 22 hours, you can float in your own villa, taking in the sights and sounds of village life up close. Day 6: Alleppey Local Sightseeing

After breakfast on day 6, you'll be heading to the town of Alleppey for sightseeing. Some of the major attractions in Alleppey include Mullakkal Temple, Krishnapuram Palace, Marari Beach, and Triveni Floating Market. 

Mullakkal Temple is one of the most popular temples in Alleppey. The temple is located on the banks of the Mullakkal River and is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Mulla Devi. Krishnapuram Palace is another popular tourist attraction in Alleppey. The palace was built in the 18th century by Maharaja Marthanda Varma and is known for its beautiful architecture and landscaped gardens. Day 8: Kovalam Local Sightseeing

Day 9: Kovalam To Kochi

Today is the 9th day of your 10-day trip to Kerala, and you need to wake up early to start the long journey from Kovalam to Kochi. You can enjoy nature, coffee plantations and backwaters of Kochi on your trip. You can reach there by noon, so that you can see this historic city. Day 10: Departure From Kochi
